What happens when you reach out
Thiago takes the call or reads the message himself. He will ask about the rooms, what is on the floor now, and what you want it to become. Then he schedules a time to come look, usually within a few days, measures the space, and hands you a straight price in writing. No pressure calls afterward, no expiring discounts, no games.
If the honest answer is that your floor needs less work than you feared, that is the answer you will get. It costs us jobs occasionally and wins us neighborhoods reliably.
A few things that make the first conversation faster: know roughly which rooms are involved, what is on the floor now (carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, or a mystery), and whether you have a deadline like a move, a listing, or a holiday. None of it is required, but each one sharpens the visit. Photos are the single most useful thing you can send ahead, even quick phone shots in bad light.
